The Story

I started at 320 pounds.

I'm not your doctor and I'm not selling you a 12-week miracle. I'm the guy who had a seizure on the floor of a pub, who's managed Type 1 Diabetes since childhood, and who's run a 20-year neurological-protection protocol for MS — medication-free — and still deadlifts heavy and runs obstacle courses.

I figured this out the hard way. Crashes, experiments, diets that almost broke me. I have the data, the bloodwork, and the scars.

Fuel Yourself

What you put in decides what you get out. Nutrition isn't a lifestyle choice — it's the fuel that lets you push.

02

Push Yourself

Training is how you find your weaknesses and learn what you need to work on. It's not punishment. It's proof.

03

Maintain Yourself

Recovery, sleep, stress, mindset — the things most people skip, and exactly where the results actually happen.

From 320 pounds to a lean, functional 210 — and still going. Currently completing my NASM certification. This is the blueprint I built from all of it.
